My solution, Zulu even said he was sending it to the sisi team a few months ago (dev blog comments somewhere), is to reward everyone involved in the test 5 or so million SP on the test server. Wanna try out that ship on sisi before you actually train for it? Do some "community service".

I disagree. From participating in a test, the difference between the first and second fights (the tq and new code) is big. The first fight, I got off maybe 3 shots in 15 minutes, in the second (with the fix deployed), I got at least 40, and I died.

Isn't giving the skillpoints to the people present in a test enough to prevent freeloaders? If they're there, they're contributing to the test.
About your thing about weekends, I would like it to be, too. But they say they've done it, and the results weren't much different...
